Today’s episode is brought to you by my free training: Effortless Follow Up: How to Convert Up to 80% More Sales
Born in Norman, OK, Vahid Farzaneh grew up in a family of entrepreneurs. His father immigrated to the United States in the 1970s and founded Home Creations, the largest home building company in Oklahoma. Vahid is the youngest of three children, always working hard to prove himself but he was up to the challenge. He spent most of his teen years working under his father, going from homebuilder to a new home sales consultant. He also served as their support staff and data entry specialist and worked as part of their marketing team. In college, he started his own real estate investment company and now manages many rental properties across the metro.
Vahid received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Oklahoma in Film and Media Studies, and started Freestyle Creative in 2007, a company focused on helping businesses grow and reach their full potential by telling their stories in a powerful way. Services Freestyle offers range from film and video production to digital marketing, advertising, branding and public relations. Vahid currently serves as the company’s Chairman & CEO, with Freestyle Creative continuing to grow in staff-size and business stature with awards to prove their success. From being named as one of the top 5 “Best Advertising Agencies” at the 2015 okc.BIZ awards to winning Telly awards for commercials, Freestyle Creative continues to provide high-quality, successful work for clients.
Vahid has a passion for being involved in and giving back to the community through donations and charity work. He was named one of the Journal Record’s Achievers Under 40 and is actively involved in Rotary Club 29, Greater OKC Chamber, Leadership OKC’s Loyal Class X, Sunbeam Family Services Young Professionals Board Founding Members, American Heart Association, American Cancer Society, Infant Crisis Services, and on the Art Council OKC’s Board.
