Today’s guest is one of my favorite industry people-Alexis Udine. Alexis is a builder marketing manager with Group Two and the director of g2 Online Sales Coaching. For over a decade, Alexis has dedicated her career to the launch, growth and success of home builder sales and marketing programs around the country. She is thrilled to offer a fresh, proven approach to online sales coaching that meets the needs of today’s new home buyers.
Alexis joined Group Two’s account services team in 2008, and her attentiveness, innovative thinking, and passion for the industry quickly led her to become a client favorite. In 2011, seeking more direct, hands-on experience, Alexis joined a local builder and assumed a variety of roles. Quickly realizing her depth of knowledge and drive for success, the company’s leadership tasked her with the challenge of launching and leading a new online sales program.
During this time Alexis went through extensive training programs for both online and onsite sales and received her REALTOR®’s license. Not only did she grow the online sales program to contribute significantly to overall sales, she also gained a first-hand perspective of the new home buying and building process that has proven invaluable. In addition, Alexis has personally gone through the journey of building two new construction homes, which has deepened her understanding of the buyer mentality and how to generate trust throughout the process.
Because of her unique, well-rounded experience and solution-driven approach, today Alexis is regarded as an industry authority on merging online sales and marketing programs to drive exceptional home builder success.
Alexis is excited to share her unique knowledge, people-first leadership, and proven techniques to help builders launch and grow dynamic, successful online sales programs. Her mantra is “you can have it all,” and in this program she will help new online sales consultants accomplish just that.
Alexis was recognized in Professional Builder‘s 40 Under 40 Class of 2021, has spoken at the International Builders Show, and regularly shares her knowledge with builders nationwide through Builder 20 groups. She holds a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education and is thrilled that her education and passion have merged to enable her to bring this innovative program to home builders.
