Brian Barrett is the owner of the performance marketing agency, OCT Performance Marketing, and the marketing product company, automatd.digital. He is also a founder of Virtually There, a tool that allows homebuilders to conduct better online appointments-a topic we’re discussing on today’s podcast.
His diverse career path has consisted of roles in accounting, business analysis, and digital marketing. Over the years, Barrett has held prominent positions at Shea Homes and Apple, before acquiring Oak Creek Trail in 2018 and forming Automatd.Digital in 2020.
Brian is a former All-American soccer player and a graduate from Winthrop University in South Carolina. He later received his MBA from Arizona State University, where he transitioned his professional focus from accounting and business analyst to digital marketing. In his current role, Barrett serves some of the top homebuilders in the nation, creative agencies, and nonprofits with the latest digital marketing trends and cutting-edge technology. He is known for combining his creative and analytical skills to form meaningful customer interactions and produce measurable results.
Brian lives in Northeast Mesa and is an avid biker and outdoor enthusiast. He enjoys spending time with his four boys, his wife, and two dogs.
